Our little bundle of joy!

Amelie Rovinj Shiozaki-Rynecki was born May 1, 2008 at 12:39am at the Washington Hospital Center in the District of Columbia. She was 7.5 pounds and was roughly 18 inches inches long. She has a nice head of hair and seems to take after her mommy (good for her!). Amelie is a French name pronounced ah-mehl-li. Rovinj (roe-veen) is a beautiful Croatian village on the Adriatic, formerly a Venetian seaport.

!!UPDATE!!

We had a wonderful vacation in France in November. Amelie loved to eat foie gras and macarons. She is only 2.5 years old and already a jetsetter!Thanks to family and friends, Amelie enjoyed Christmas morning opening her presents. She is definitely spoiled! She can't wait to see dadgy in Beirut next month.
